Fees & Registration

 

For Authors and Participants

The participants must register for the conference on or before the 10th of June 2024. The abstract will not be included in the conference proceedings / technical sessions if at least one of the authors does not register before the deadline. The ISGSD 2024 is a hybrid conference and you are required to present a 12 – minute presentation and engage in a 3 – minute Q&A session at the conference either online or in person. Local participants are required to be present physically.

  1. If you are an Author, upload the Camera-Ready Abstract (Final Submission) through CMT
  2. Make the payment
  3. Complete the online registration form and submit it (attach the payment receipt)

Submission

The authors are requested to submit their abstracts, extended abstracts of research and case studies in the specified formats according to the provided guidelines. The abstract/extended abstracts & case studies should not include details of the authors, and a separate cover sheet containing author details and sub-themes should be submitted alongside the document.

Final abstracts / extended abstract submissions will be double-blind reviewed by a review panel.

The abstracts, extended abstracts of research and case studies should be submitted to the CMT link.

The submitted articles must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere, while under review for this symposium. The similarity index for plagiarism checks is a maximum of 20%.

Fees

The authors will receive information regarding the registration fees upon acceptance notification. You have the option to register as an early bird for early access or choose normal registration; early bird registration is available until 5 thJune, 2024, while normal registration continues thereafter.
